Our Active Older Adults programs help seniors maintain a healthy lifestyle and engaged community. Our programs include healthy eating seminars, group fitness classes and events designed to promote mental agility, good health and independence. Programs are open to all ages. We offer a variety of classes such as Chair Yoga, Functional Fitness, Bible Study, Tai Chi and more.
